This is no ordinary Hotel and we are looking for no ordinary Senior Spa Therapist to assist us in leading the development of this beautiful sanctuary of calm, the only one of it's type on Islay, Consisting of two Treatment Rooms, Gym, and Sauna this is an excellent opportunity to consolidate your experience and demonstrate ability to grow an established business by introducing new and innovative products, treatments and services.

Have a good understanding of luxury Spa Treatments and Spa Operations, including Booking & Billing

Have a flexible approach to working patterns
Remain calm and confident during periods of high pressure
Have a track record of success within a similar 4 star deluxe / 5 star Hotel Spa property

Be able to demonstrate high levels of personal integrity and discretion
Possess a vibrant, welcoming and engaging personality
Experience of working with a range of Spa products, including Aromatherapy Associates and Orlay GELFX.
This is a role which requires flexibility to work shift patterns to cover Spa opening times (circa 9.30am - 6pm) based on a 40 hour week, working 5 days over 7, to include weekends in rotation with our existing Spa Therapist. Flexibility to provide Treatments outside these hours with prior notice would be expected.
Live in accommodation available by arrangement (please note charges apply).

A healthy obsession with outdoor pursuits and rural living would be beneficial given the remote location and island living, together with independent means of transport.
Candidates with a drivers licence will find this advantageous in this location.
