The Resort Naturopath is responsible for delivering wellbeing initiatives to internal customer (team) and the external customer (guests) through the integration of all wellness departments, reporting to the Spa & Wellness Director. These initiatives will include nutritional consultations and advice, private and group yoga classes, treatments as well as lifestyle consultations and personalised programs and packages. Oversee the spa operation and assist Director of Spa & Wellness.
Ensuring all guests visiting The Spa are attended to in a professional and efficient manner, delegate tasks to staff and follow up to ensure all aspects of the spa

Check daily summary report to verify the calculations for paid guests, complimentary guests, and type of payment is calculated and recorded correctly.
Prepare the weekly schedule to ensure manning levels are appropriate to meet expected business demand.
