We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxury wellness destination.

This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis for the right candidate.

What you'll do:
✨ Welcome and care for our clients with exceptional service
✨ Manage bookings, enquiries, and payments
✨ Promote treatments, memberships, and retail products
✨ Support spa operations, marketing, and social media content
✨ Help create a calm, professional, and luxurious guest experience

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Is confident, proactive, and sales-minded
✔ Has experience in a spa, salon, or luxury hospitality environment (preferred)
✔ Speaks fluent English (Spanish is an advantage)
✔ Can work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Position: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour + commission

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or an internationally recognised equivalent)
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Nail Services (or an internationally recognised equivalent)
* 1–2 years' experience in a beauty therapy role
* Qualifications in facial and body treatments
* Waxing certification
* Lash and brow treatment qualification
* Manicure and pedicure qualification
* Swedish/body massage qualification

Advanced Treatment Experience:

* Microneedling
* Chemical peels
* LED Light Therapy
* Radio Frequency (RF) treatments
* Ultrasound/Cavitation body contouring
* Cryotherapy (facial or body)
* Pressotherapy
* HydraFacial or equivalent hydradermabrasion treatments
* Skin analysis and consultation
