With a large existing patient database of high calibre new and returning clientele we are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual interested in the opportunity to work in a warm and dynamic environment. You should be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team as well as independently. Excellence in customer service is a must.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Maintain excellent service standards and maintain protocols
- Have a professional appearance reflecting the industry
- Keen attention to detail
- Be a team member working to grow the clientele and introduce patients to new procedures
- Able to suggest and sell products based on specific needs
- Perform consultations and develop treatment plans
- Perform laser hair removal body & facial hair treatments
- Must be trained in IPL Photofacial & Skin Rejuvenation
Perform elective skin rejuvenation treatments including;
Skin peels,
Microdermabrasion procedures
Micro-needling
- Properly document patient treatment and follow up records
- Always ensure safety of clients when performing treatments
- Ability to manage time well
- Flexibility, able to work evenings and weekends
