This is a strictly women‑only space — all guests, all therapists, and all staff members are female, creating a safe, comfortable, and professional environment rooted in authentic Korean jjimjilbang tradition.
About the spa:
Pearl Spa Bangalore is a strictly women‑only space where both guests and all team members are female. In keeping with traditional Korean spa (jjimjilbang) culture, the wet area like the pools and treatment zones are nude‑mandatory for our guests. The dry zones and saunas are provided with robes and towels are nude optional. This tradition creates an honest, liberating environment where women can fully relax without judgement. Our entire team from receptionists to senior therapists is female, and we foster a culture of respect, professionalism, and mutual support.
Role Overview:
As a therapist, you will provide traditional Korean body scrubs (Seshin) and various massage treatments. You will play a vital role in maintaining a serene, professional, and respectful environment for our female clientele.
Key Requirements:
1.Female Candidates Only: In alignment with our women-only policy and the nature of the facility, all staff members must be female.
2.Professionalism: A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.
Experience: Prior experience in massage therapy or body treatments is preferred, though training in specific Korean techniques will be provided.
3. Dress Code: In keeping with the standard practice of authentic Korean spas, the therapist dress code consists of a coordinated set (bra and underwear) in the massage/ wet area .
We require staff who are comfortable and professional working in this body-positive, traditional spa setting.
4. Skills & Qualifications Professional training/certification in spa therapy, massage, or bodywork . Practical experience in Korean body scrub techniques (or willingness to be trained). Knowledge of massage therapies and body treatments. Strong understanding of hygiene protocols and skin safety. Ability to maintain professionalism in a spa environment. Excellent communication skills in English/ hindi / kanada . Compassionate, respectful, and client-focused personality.
5. Salary : 40000 - 60000 INR( based on experience) + accomodation costs ( negotiable)
