Job Description – Spa Therapist
We are seeking experienced and passionate Spa Therapists to join a prestigious 4-star hotel in Wicklow, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences and outstanding customer service.
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a variety of massage treatments, beauty therapies, and wellness services while ensuring the highest standards of guest care, hygiene, and professionalism. You will be responsible for assessing guests' needs, recommending appropriate treatments, maintaining accurate treatment records, and creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of massage, beauty, and wellness treatments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs, medical conditions, and allergies before treatments.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness products based on guests' needs.
• Maintain accurate treatment records.
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each appointment.
• Monitor spa supplies and report any shortages.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and report any incidents to the Spa Supervisor.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Legal right to work within the European Union.
• Professional, customer-focused, and passionate about health and wellness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
