πΌ Role Overview
We are looking for skilled and passionate Spa / Beauty Therapists (girls) from India (preferably North East India) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in spa therapies, skin treatments, and customer service in a premium environment.
β¨ Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform professional spa therapies including body massages, body scrubs, and relaxation treatments
β’ Deliver advanced facial treatments (Hydrafacial, skin boosters, clean-ups, etc.)
β’ Provide beauty services such as waxing, threading, and basic skin care treatments
β’ Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
β’ Ensure excellent customer experience and client satisfaction
β’ Recommend and upsell treatments and products to clients
β’ Manage treatment rooms, tools, and product usage efficiently
β’ Stay updated with latest beauty and wellness trends
π― Skills & Requirements
β’ Minimum 2β5 years of experience in spa / beauty services
β’ Certification in beauty therapy / cosmetology (preferred)
β’ Experience in facials, massage therapies, and skin treatments is essential
β’ Knowledge of premium treatments (Hydrafacial, advanced facials, etc.) is an advantage
β’ Good communication skills in English
β’ Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
β’ Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced environment

β’ Candidates from North East India (Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, etc.) preferred
