Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the salon/spa runs efficiently.
Lead, mentor, and manage staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve any client issues.
Manage budgets, revenue targets, and financial performance.
Oversee inventory control and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives to boost visibility and client acquisition.
Maintain service quality through regular audits and staff training.
Analyze KPIs to monitor performance and optimize operational processes.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in spa or salon operations.
Valid UAE driving license.

We are seeking an experienced salon manager for a new hair salon within a five star hotel which will open Feb 2025. The salon is British owned and will be the companies second branch with the first being in London.

The ideal candidate will have Dubai experience but we are open to those who do not have this.
