What we are looking for:

Confident, guest focused and knowledgeable individuals who are able to build strong relationship with clients and have real people skills to retain regular clients and build a new client base.

You must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage techniques, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, have a friendly and welcoming personality, as well as excellent grooming and presentation.

Requirements:

Beauty therapy NVQ level 3 or equivalent essential
Flexible working pattern to involve weekends and evenings
Hot stone massage/Indian head massage/Pregnancy massage/Reflexology experience desirable

We do a lot of in-house training to make sure our team is at the same level.
