Our spa is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Esthetician to join our rapidly expanding team with boundless growth opportunities. This role offers $100,000+ OTE (On Target Earnings) annually, combining a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who excel in sales and customer engagement within the wellness industry.

As a Lead Esthetician, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our treatments, packages, and skincare products, while also overseeing sales strategies to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. Your expertise will play a key role in increasing bookings, expanding our client base, and ensuring the success of our spa services.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell spa services, treatments, and packages to new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and providing tailored recommendations.
Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute promotions and strategies to attract and retain customers.
Stay up-to-date on all spa services, products, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits.

Requirements
Esthetician license
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive customer relationships and understand client preferences.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends is a plus.
A proactive, self-motivated, and energetic attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type : Full-Time, Part-Time (Availability to work 1 day on weekends)

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $3,000/month +commission

Key Responsibilities:
Massage Therapy: Perform various types of massages, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and other customized treatments based on client needs.
Facials: Provide a variety of facial treatments, such as cleansing, exfoliation, masking, and moisturizing, while using high-quality skincare products to address clients' unique skin concerns.
Moroccan Bath (Hammam): Administer traditional Moroccan baths, including exfoliation, scrubbing, and moisturizing using authentic products and techniques to cleanse and detoxify the body.
Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences. Recommend appropriate treatments based on skin type, health conditions, and personal goals.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure the spa environment is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Follow hygiene standards for the treatment areas, equipment, and products.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of spa products and treatments to effectively communicate and recommend to clients.
