JOB SUMMARY: The Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional massage and body treatments in accordance with the Company's service standards.

Reporting to the Lead Massage Therapist and Spa Supervisor, with oversight from the Spa Director, this role provides personalized treatments, supports retail performance, and maintains treatment room standards to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all massage and body treatments in accordance with the Spa Treatment Menu and Massage Therapist Protocol Manual.
Customize treatments based on guest needs, health considerations, contraindications, and feedback.
Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques.
Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments aligned with luxury spa standards.
Conduct thorough guest consultations and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
Recommend appropriate enhancements, home care products, and follow-up services.
Adhere to scheduled treatment times and professional shift standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of treatment rooms in accordance with state regulations.
Properly disinfect tools and equipment following all sanitation requirements.
Restock treatment rooms and notify leadership of inventory needs.
Support retail operations by maintaining product knowledge and meeting established performance goals.
Attend scheduled trainings and participate in ongoing education.
Address guest concerns professionally and escalate service recovery needs to leadership when appropriate.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support spa operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active and current Massage Therapy License in good standing.
