Responsibilities
Perform professional facials and advanced skincare treatments
Deliver massage techniques including facial, neck, and body massage. Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend customized treatment plans.

Educate clients on treatments, packages, and skincare products
Drive sales of services, packages, and retail through confident recommendations.

Maintain treatment room standards, sanitation, and professionalism

Build strong, long-term client relationships

Work collaboratively with the spa team to meet monthly sales goals

Qualifications
Valid Esthetician License (Medical Esthetics an asset)
Strong knowledge of facials and skin health
Skilled in massage techniques
Body contouring experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
Proven ability or strong interest in sales and upselling
Professional, reliable, and client-focused
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a results-based, performance-driven environment
