Our Beauty House is looking for an experienced, professional and client-focused Female Nail & Lash Technician to join our growing team in Doha.

We are looking for someone who is confident not only in performing treatments, but also in consulting, advising and guiding clients professionally

You should be able to assess each client individually and recommend the most suitable shape, style, colour and treatment based on their features, preferences, lifestyle and overall suitability.
Key Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be confident in:

-Professional manicures and pedicures
-Smart Manicure and Smart Pedicure techniques**
-Gel polish, builder gel and nail enhancement services
-Nail shaping, cuticle care and maintaining excellent nail health
-Lash extensions
-Lash lifts and tinting
-Lash and brow mapping
-Understanding face shape, proportions and symmetry
-Recommending the most flattering lash or brow shape, style and colour
-Strong client consultation and personalised recommendations
-Understanding contraindications and recognising when a treatment should not be performed
-Explaining maintenance, aftercare and realistic treatment expectations
-Maintaining excellent hygiene, organisation and professional standards

We are particularly interested in someone with a strong advisory and professional approach, rather than someone who simply follows instructions.

You should feel confident asking the right questions, using your professional judgement and helping clients make informed decisions about their treatments.

Experience or interest in brows, aesthetics, hair or other beauty and salon services would be a strong advantage.

We particularly welcome candidates who enjoy learning and are open to developing additional skills as part of a multidisciplinary salon team.
