What we are looking for in a Hair Salon Assistant Manager:
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must possess valuable and extensive knowledge of the professional hair  salon industry.
• Must be a qualified and experienced hairstylist with strong technical ability in a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, blow-dries and general hair care.
• Additional knowledge or experience in beauty services such as manicure/pedicure, waxing, threading, lash or brow treatments will be considered highly advantageous.
• Must be able to assist Management with daily operational duties including, but not limited to: stock control and purchasing, retail sales, client relations, front desk oversight, appointment flow, team supervision, staff training, marketing initiatives and maintaining overall salon standards.
• Must be willing to work hands-on behind the chair if absolutely necessary
• Must be confident in organizing, supervising, motivating and leading a team of hairstylists, assistants and reception staff.
• Must have strong experience in customer service and be able to ensure every client receives a luxury, high-end salon experience.
• Must have excellent retail sales and product recommendation abilities.
• Must be passionate about staff development and willing to share knowledge, techniques and industry expertise with colleagues.
• Must be open to learning new systems, brands, products and advanced salon services.
• Applicants must be exceptionally well-groomed, hygienic, friendly, professional, hard-working, mature and passionate about the hair and beauty industry.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within a busy salon environment is necessary for applying.

Staff Accommodation in private room, sharing house with other international staff or a private 1 bedroom apartment and monthly utility allowance will be provided.
Non target based commission on all treatments and products.
