We are an established, luxury salon and spa seeking a passionate, professional, and highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. We deliver five-star wellness experiences to a premium local and expat clientele, and we are looking for a dedicated therapist committed to exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform a wide variety of high-quality massage techniques (including Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Traditional Balinese modalities).
Deliver luxury body treatments, including body scrubs, wraps, and specialty skin care rituals.
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, discuss health contraindications, and customize treatments safely.
Maintain strict cleanliness, sterilization, and sanitation standards for all treatment rooms, linens, and equipment.
Drive product sales by recommending home-care regimens and post-treatment wellness plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Formal diploma or certification from a recognized spa and massage training academy (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent international qualification preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a high-end spa or luxury hotel environment.
High level of anatomical knowledge and physical endurance.
Strong command of spoken English with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Professional demeanor, punctual, immaculate personal grooming, and a client-focused attitude.
