About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team at Yōso Wellness Spa - a holistic, treatment-focused circle of care rooted in connection, care and integrity.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and therapeutic modalities
- Create a welcoming, grounded experience from greeting to goodbye
- Begin and end treatments on time, honoring both client care and schedule flow
- Customize sessions based on client needs, goals, and physical conditions
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment room daily
- Protect client comfort, privacy, and trust at all times
- Encourage rebooking, referrals, and long-term client relationships
- Educate clients on massage and body care products
- Participate in product knowledge and team trainings
- Collaborate with front desk and spa team to stay aligned on schedule changes
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and occasional off-site events representing Yōso
- Participate in off-site events and wellness activations to showcase your skills and represent Yōso
- Follow spa policies, systems, and standards with professionalism

Qualifications
- Required
- Current massage therapy license/certification (as required by state/county/city)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- 2+ years of massage therapy experience in a spa or wellness setting
- Prenatal massage certification (30 CEUs)
- Familiarity with MINDBODY Online or similar scheduling/POS systems
- Confidence using online systems and willingness to learn new tools
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform massage therapy for extended periods
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs
- Ability to read, write, speak, hear, and see clearly, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation
Pay is $24.00 to $66.00 per hour + based on Tier level and add-on’s
Client Tips
Retail Commission: 5%-12% based on units sold per month.
