Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty & Wellness Specialist to be a part of
our CSR Wellness Project. This role is focused on delivering high-quality beauty,
personal care, and wellness services while creating a positive and rejuvenating
experience for employees and beneficiaries.

multidisciplinary wellness teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty and personal care services, including skincare, facials,
waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and other wellness treatments.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, safety, and client care.
- Assess individual requirements and recommend appropriate beauty and wellness
solutions.
- Support wellness awareness programmes, health camps, and employee engagement
initiatives under the CSR framework.
- Maintain treatment records, inventory, and equipment.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and an exceptional service experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in beauty and wellness services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel to project locations, as required.
