Responsibilities

• Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per the Company protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client’s specific needs.
• To ensure the pre & post-natal treatments provided, meet the needs of the client
• To take responsibility for acquiring accurate product knowledge with regards to services, treatments, and products available.
• Ability to be a team member, promote and motivate others in delivering outstanding client care and treatment standards
• Oversee products stock and consumption levels based on the treatment provided
• Assist in promoting spa and body care packages to clients and offer treatment benefit knowledge to clients.

SPA therapist duties and responsibilities:

-Provides Spa treatments (massages as per the SPA menu) to all hotel and outside guests following the standards set by the company,
-Interacts and engages with guests able to explain treatments, services and facility available in the spa and hotel,
-Upsells treatments, products and Spa packages to hotel guests,
-Provides spa treatments for service recovery and activities like facial demos,Yoga, sound healing and the like based on the SPA menu,
-Provides daily, weekly and or monthly inventory of departmental operational assets,
-Assists in the operation of all Spa department:
Fitness studio
Hair Salon
Nail Salon
Wet and Dry facility,

Desired skills:

- Experience in the related industry
- Holder of any certification in massage, facial and other related spa treatments, Yoga, Sound healing, Gym or other related SPA activities as per European standards
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing), any other European language is an advantage
- Average knowledge in Excel
- Word-processing skills, preferably Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge in using Spa booking applications
- Independent in work
- Team work
- Guest oriented
- Organizational skills

We are now expanding to Bahrain and looking for a bright, enthusiastic, skilled therapists and aestheticians to join us for a full time position.
We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic therapists who have excellent sales and communication to explain treatments and provide a superior professional experience in service.

Role Responsibilities:
·    You will be a core part of the unique brand experience - including personalise client experience, warm and inviting communication and a problem solver.
·    Excellent massage and facial services - all training will be given in our specialised treatments, but we expect some experience of these
·    Meets and greets clients warmly and has is detailed in following our service process
·    Upsell of our treatments and services, to the clients requirements and budget
·    Maintains a clean and sanitary treatment room, waiting area and front desk
·    Very well groomed professional personal appearance
·    Promotes and sells our retail products
Requirements include:
- Qualified relevant skills qualifications
- Certificated Therapist in Bahrain.
- Work visa in Bahrain

- Multitasking and ability to be calm and respond professionally while under pressure

- Flexible schedule, days and hours
- Self motivated and goal driven
- Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English. Arabic and other languages are a bonus
