The Role:
As a Massage and Beauty Therapist, you will provide a wide range of treatments with professionalism and care, ensuring each guest leaves relaxed and revitalised. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through advanced training of up to NVQ level 7 and play a key role in shaping the guest experience as our spa continues to expand.
What we are looking for:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage (additional NVQ training of up to level 7 provided)
Warm, professional, and guest-focused approach
Experience in delivering a variety of treatments (massage, facials, body treatments, beauty services)
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
Confident recommending retail products and aftercare
Excellent standards of hygiene, presentation, and attention to detail
A can-do attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
Previous experience within spa, salon, or hotel settings desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a range of treatments to the highest standard, tailored to guests’ individual needs
Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably presented and stocked
Support retail sales through informed recommendations and product knowledge
Help maintain treatment records and manage bookings professionally
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Assist in creating a warm, welcoming spa atmosphere
Contribute ideas to continually enhance our treatment menu and guest experience

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests

- Undertake reception and administration duties if required
- Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and practices are adhered to by team members, members and spa clients to ensure safety is maintained at all times whilst using the spa
- Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process
- Follow all of the spa standards and protocols
Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa to utilise - all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests
- Be brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests
- Enjoy a balanced workload with a limit of no more than 4 massages per day to ensure your well-being and prevent repetitive strain injury (RSI).
