Role Summary
An opportunity for an experienced Pilates Instructor / Personal Trainer to support a UHNW principal across a portfolio of residences in the GCC. This role requires a highly professional, discreet, and adaptable individual with a strong background in private training and wellness. The successful candidate will deliver tailored fitness and Pilates programmes, supporting overall health, mobility, and performance while integrating seamlessly into a private household environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver personalised Pilates and fitness sessions tailored to the principal’s goals and lifestyle
Develop structured training programmes focusing on strength, mobility, posture, and injury prevention
Monitor progress and adjust programmes accordingly
Provide guidance on general health, recovery, and wellbeing
Travel between residences as required
Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

Qualifications and Skills
Certified Pilates Instructor and/or Personal Trainer
Proven experience working with UHNW clients or in private settings
Strong understanding of anatomy, mobility, and functional training
Flexible, discreet, and service-oriented approach
Willingness to travel across the GCC

Work Experience: 5 yrs. plus in the same role

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years - previous experience in a well-known fitness centre as Fitness/personal trainer. Ability to provide strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology and anatomy, fully understanding of all exercise equipment and proper operations, knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Qualifications:  Personal training certified with ACSM, ACE or NASM,

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, CPR, REP Level 2 & 3 and First Aid certification. Certified in Pilates. Spinning certifications preferred

Special Skills:  Sport specific knowledge  is a plus, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent English communication skills and ability to instruct and teach. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for providing group & private Pilates classes, offering physical therapy guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective teaching methods.


Qualifications

Experience in Reformer, Cadillac or Tower Pilates
Experience in Mat Pilates and Yoga
Pilates Private and Group Exercise skills
Physical Therapy knowledge
Strong Customer Service and Teaching abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in Pilates or related field (STOTT, Balanced, BASI, and/or others)
Current CPD/AED certification
Experience working in a fitness or wellness environment
