Sacra Dubai is a world-class luxury spa and bathhouse opening in January 2026 in the heart of Jumeirah. Blending traditional rituals with modern wellness innovations, we will redefine luxury relaxation in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Spa Operations Manager to ensure the flawless execution of spa services, uphold service standards, and deliver an exceptional guest journey.

Job Summary
The Spa Operations Manager will oversee the daily spa operations, including service flow, treatment schedules, and guest experience. This role requires a proactive leader who ensures treatment rooms, wellness zones, and spa suites operate at the highest standards of cleanliness, readiness, and efficiency. Working closely with the Director of Operations, this position ensures consistency across all spa touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Supervise spa therapists, attendants, and guest coordinators on the floor.
    •    Manage daily treatment schedules and ensure seamless guest service flow.
    •    Oversee room readiness, cleanliness, and proper inventory control.
    •    Conduct regular floor checks to maintain standards of service, hygiene, and ambiance.
    •    Monitor daily service metrics, including treatment utilization and therapist productivity.
    •    Collect, review, and act on guest feedback to enhance service quality.
    •    Support staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
    •    Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Services) to ensure integrated guest experiences.
    •    Ensure compliance with all spa SOPs, hygiene protocols, and local regulations.

Candidate Profile
    •    Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Spa, or Wellness (preferred but not mandatory).
    •    Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
    •    Strong knowledge of spa treatments, guest service standards, and operational best practices.
    •    Proven ability to manage diverse, multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    •    Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail and service excellence.

Our set-up, service to offer are all ready and now we need 3 professional massage therapists to work in our fabulous spa center. Here are the following details:
The spa location is in a wealthy residential area with commercial complex. The surroundings are all well-educated and respected residents.
The three therapists will be living in the same complex as the spa so the commuting will be much easier. Probably 2-5 min walking distance.
We'll only have 3 massage rooms ensuring total tranquillity and privacy as we are targeting C- level women and housewives, business owner women only.
The service we are offering is full spa package consisting of body scrub, wash, hair wash, light facials, Balinese/deep tissue/Aroma therapy massages. We are also offering massage only too. On top of these services, we'll have high reputable red light masks, blanket wraps to complete the services. As of now we are looking at UK and USA brands.

We offer:
Monthly salary of 30,000 PHP
Accomodation and food
Visa and visa related fees and payment
Most importantly, kind and respectful working environment as we are 2 working mothers, we understand and get fellow  women working hard, especially far away from home.
As mentioned above, the accomodation and work place are in the utmost safe area, so there's no need to worry at all.
The contract can be 2 years or more depending on the wishes of the employees.
