Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Massage Spa Therapists to join our team in Malta. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality treatments in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide a range of massage treatments, including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, and other specialized therapies.
Assess clients' individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Ensure that the spa maintains the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort for all guests.
Actively promote the spa's products and services to enhance the overall experience for guests.
Contribute to creating a relaxing, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel setting.
Relevant certifications in massage therapy or related wellness fields.
Proficient in a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and aromatherapy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
