Serenity is a new, high-end wellness spa opening in Dubai, offering premium massage and facial treatments in a beautifully designed space. We are currently hiring a Spa Manager to lead one of our Dubai locations. The ideal candidate is a Thai-speaking professional with strong English skills and experience managing spa teams.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and supporting a team of Thai therapists. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position where your ability to manage people, maintain standards, and create a calm, welcoming environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a team of professional therapists
Create staff schedules and manage daily operations
Train, mentor, and support staff to ensure high performance
Ensure smooth client experiences and uphold 5-star service standards
Monitor inventory, manage bookings, and handle client feedback
Requirements:

Fluent in Thai and English
Minimum 2–3 years’ spa or wellness management experience
Confident, organized, and people-focused
Ability to relocate and work in Dubai full-time
