**Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional facials and skincare treatments using Dermalogica products, ensuring clients receive personalized and effective solutions.
- Assist in managing daily salon operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and promoting the Dermalogica product range.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on skincare techniques and product knowledge.
- Handle client consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and build lasting customer relationships.
