Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques: Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy, and Turkish massage (Hammam/Turkish Bath-style massage)
Assess client needs and provide personalized treatment plans
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance of the massage area
Educate clients on wellness, relaxation techniques, and self-care
Ensure client comfort and safety at all times
Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress
Requirements
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa, fitness, or wellness center
Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy
Knowledge of Turkish massage techniques is a plus
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Professional, punctual, and client-focused attitude
