Key responsibilities: Greet clients and perform consultations in line with Salon guidelines to establish client's requirements. Understanding the pricing details of all hair services and recommend and educate client accordingly during consultation, Execute all cutting, colouring, styling and finishing to high standards whilst providing necessary information to the clients about the products being used. Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session Maintaining detailed clients’ SERVICE HISTORY by recording products used during each visits - example hair colour details, treatment details Learning and perfecting new styles and techniques Maintain technical knowledge by attending external and internal educational workshops; reviewing and researchingpublications, internet and social media Attending events outside of our brand in order to promotethe brand externally Achieve service and product revenue targets Daily, weekly,monthly basis To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regularbasis Assisting in maintaining adequate inventory level and assistingin product ordering process by checking existing products,anticipating needs of the hair section Taking proper care of the tools and equipment To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation asrouted by our Salon and Municipality Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment andproducts are used with care Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area Reference and abide by the Salon’s Standard OperatingProcedures, Policies & Forms ManualsMinimum educational qualification(s): Minimum work experience required:Training Certification with Loreal or Kerastase is an advantage

Must be expert in Ombre and Balayage Three (3) years salon stylist experience in an international standard salon High energy and flexible, Friendly and approachable toclients and staff all the time To attend and be committed towards training and progressionwithin the brand To apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all timeWell-experienced in hair colouring, highlights, hairstyling,hair treatments (Keratin and Collagen) and haircutHands-on experience with various coloring techniquesFamiliarity with hair treatment products and services, likekeratin smoothingMust have the creativity to design and interpret hairstylesExcellent communication, social and customer service skills Delivering results within a highly motivated and fast paced environment. To understand and adhere to company POLICIES & PROCEDURES and SOPs. Review periodically and ensure complianceProven business skills required: Team player Professional attitude
