Position Summary

We are seeking a professionally trained Spa & Facial Therapist with strong technical skills in massage therapy and advanced facial treatments. The ideal candidate must demonstrate high service standards, client consultation expertise, and adherence to international spa protocols.

Core Responsibilities
Massage & Body Treatments

Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, and therapeutic massage treatments

Conduct body scrubs and spa rituals

Perform reflexology sessions

Maintain correct posture and safe therapist ergonomics

Facial & Skin Treatments

Conduct professional skin analysis

Perform deep cleansing facials, hydration treatments, anti-aging facials, and acne-focused treatments

Maintain proper extraction techniques and hygiene standards

Recommend appropriate skincare products and post-treatment care

Client Care & Operations

Conduct professional client consultations and complete treatment records

Identify contraindications and ensure client safety

Maintain sanitation and treatment room standards in line with spa hygiene protocols

Upsell and cross-sell treatments appropriately
