Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional Russian manicure and pedicure using e-file techniques.
Apply gel polish, builder gel, and nail extensions with precision and long-lasting results.
Create custom nail designs based on current trends and client requests.
Create trending nail styles (e.g., Korean finish, clean aesthetic, and modern nail art).
Perform professional waxing services safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized work environment following hygiene and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, consultations, and aftercare advice.
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
Manage appointments efficiently and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Russian manicure/pedicure and nail extensions.
Certification or formal training in nail care and hygiene.
Excellent knowledge of nail health, structure, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in waxing services is preferred.
Ability to create trending nail designs.
