What we are looking for in a Senior Hair Stylist:
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be a fully qualified and highly experienced hairstylist with strong confidence in all core salon services.
• Must be able to work with all Hair Types (Caucasian, Afro etc)
• Must be skilled in precision cutting for ladies and gents, blow-drying, styling, hair treatments, colouring, highlights, toning and general hair care services.
• Must be confident in performing professional consultations and recommending suitable hairstyles, colours and treatments according to each client’s hair type, face shape, lifestyle and preferences.
• Strong technical colouring ability including highlights, root touch-ups, toners, glosses and basic balayage is highly preferred.
• Experience with keratin/smoothing systems, hair botox, deep repair treatments, bridal styling, extensions or premium finishing services will be considered highly advantageous.
• Must have excellent client care and luxury customer service skills.
• Must have strong retail sales ability and confidence in recommending aftercare and styling products.
• Must be organized, efficient and able to manage a busy appointment column while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Must be passionate about hair trends, ongoing education and delivering high-quality work consistently.
• Must maintain excellent cleanliness, presentation and workstation hygiene at all times.
• Must be mature, well-groomed, professional, friendly, reliable, hard-working and genuinely passionate about the hair industry.
• Must be willing to assist in mentoring junior staff and salon assistants where required.
• Previous experience in a high-end or busy salon environment is highly preferred.
