looking for 1 Spa manager to oversee our Spa’s day to day operations
Job Duties:
• Manage the daily operations of the head spa, including supervision and coordination of staff members and service providers.
• Ensure all head spa treatments and customer services are delivered in accordance with the company’s service and hygiene standards.
• Apply and enforce safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices throughout all treatment rooms and service areas.
• Provide clear direction to staff, establish operational goals, monitor performance, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the overall guest experience and proactively assist clients and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure all staff members are properly equipped with the tools, products, and materials necessary to perform head spa treatments and related services.
• Plan, monitor, and control the business budget to support operational efficiency and annual sales targets.
• Order and maintain adequate inventory of head spa products, treatment supplies, towels, linens, and retail merchandise.
• Oversee inventory management of equipment, hair and scalp care products, administrative supplies, and other operational necessities.
• Organize employee schedules, track vacation requests, attendance, and other staff-related records.
• Communicate company policies, service updates, and operational information to staff as required.
• Ensure the cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of all treatment rooms, reception areas, equipment, and overall spa facilities.
• Assist in promoting head spa services and retail products to enhance client retention and business growth.
Qualification and Skills:
• Completion of high school
• At least 2 years work experience as Spa or Salon Manager or similar role
• Effective communication and team leading skills
• Detailed knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry and customer needs
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver
• Understanding of key drivers of revenue growth, profitability and quality performance
