Massage Therapist Job Summary

Excited to be expanding our team! We have been servicing St.Croix in downtown Christiansted since 2014. We are looking for a Massage Therapist who is passionate about promoting a holistic approach to personal health. You should be familiar with various massage services that can help reduce pain and stress, such as deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, prenatal, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage massage. Our ideal candidate must be able to make a client feel comfortable and encourage them to return for additional treatment. To apply for this position, you must have Massage Therapist certification and state licensure.
Massage Therapist Duties and Responsibilities

Provide various types of massage services
Develop treatment plans
Maintain client records
Ensure client comfort
Massage Therapist Requirements and Qualifications

Completion of a post-secondary training program in massage
VI license or the ability to transfer license to here
Ability to be confidential with client information
Ability to stand for long periods
Manual dexterity
Background in holistic healing, such as meditation, aromatherapy, mayofascial release is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour with commission + tips + Bonus = 40-65k+ a year

We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic therapists who have excellent sales and communication to explain treatments and provide a superior professional experience in service.

Role Responsibilities:
·    You will be a core part of the unique brand experience - including personalise client experience, warm and inviting communication and a problem solver.
·    Excellent massage and facial services - all training will be given in our specialised treatments, but we expect some experience of these
·    Meets and greets clients warmly and has is detailed in following our service process
·    Upsell of our treatments and services, to the clients requirements and budget
·    Maintains a clean and sanitary treatment room, waiting area and front desk
·    Very well groomed professional personal appearance
·    Promotes and sells our retail products
Requirements include:

- Attention to detail
- Multitasking and ability to be calm and respond professionally while under pressure

- Flexible schedule, days and hours
- Self motivated and goal driven
- Warm, friendly personality with clear communication
