You will perform a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based massage treatments, set a serene and comforting atmosphere, and ensure every guest leaves feeling renewed. Key Responsibilities :
1. Therapy & Treatment Delivery
• Deliver a range of TCM massage treatments, reflexology, and wellness therapies according to guest needs and preferences.
• Ensure each session reflects the brand’s high standards and contributes to a meaningful wellness experience.
2. Guest Experience
• Provide warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey—from welcoming and consultation to post-treatment care.
• Offer professional advice on suitable treatments and promote a relaxing, personalized experience for every guest.
3. Spa Operations & Sales Support
• Assist with daily spa operations including taking reservations, managing guest feedback, and supporting retail activities.
• Assist the Manager in maintaining treatment and retail sales targets and building returning businesses.
4. Treatment Room & Facility Care
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after sessions, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product setup in line with SOPs.
• Report equipment issues and assist in stock control and inventory checks as needed.
5. Continuous Learning & Team Collaboration
• Stay updated with the latest techniques by attending training sessions and workshops, including those led by master practitioners.
• Be a supportive team member and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.
