This position will be responsible for treatments including:  
- Facials with hydrafacial, radio frequency, Dermapen, LED
- Detox treatments - colon hydrotherapy
- Body contouring with Velashape or Cavitation technologies
- Massage and scrubs

Role Responsibilities:
·    You will be a core part of the unique brand experience - including personalise client experience, warm and inviting communication and a problem solver.
·    Excellent massage and facial services - all training will be given in our specialised treatments, but we expect some experience of these
·    Meets and greets clients warmly and has is detailed in following our service process
·    Upsell of our treatments and services, to the clients requirements and budget
·    Maintains a clean and sanitary treatment room, waiting area and front desk
·    Very well groomed professional personal appearance
·    Promotes and sells our retail products

Requirements include:
- Qualified relevant skills qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking and ability to be calm and respond professionally while under pressure
- Passion towards guest service
- Flexible schedule, days and hours
- Self motivated and goal driven
- Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English.
Other languages are a bonus.

This is a full time permanent role and includes great benefits such as salary and bonus
Full training will be given.
This role is based in either Milan or Amsterdam for minimum 2 year contract.

- Demonstrable retail beauty experience

- Strong experience in beauty therapy with a qualification of NVQ Level 2 or 3 equivalent qualified therapist

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Self-motivated and results driven

- Impeccable, polished presentation is key

- Excellent treatment capabilities

- Have the ability to operate in a diverse and luxury environment with a focus on client experience

- Excellent level of English

- Be friendly, approachable and professional

Squeeze pores and perform extractions.
Remove blackheads and whiteheads.
Apply wax to remove facial or body hair.
Apply masks to face and let creams soak in.
