The ideal candidate should:                            
                            
1. Be committed to a 2-year full time work contract. Which will include                            
    a 30-day break to travel, after 12 months.                            
Air-Fare allowance provided, based on the basic salary of the individual.                            
                            
2. Be knowledgeable and skilled in consultations and recommendations                            
for home care products, ombre, sombre, all- highlighting, color                            
corrections, balayage's, root blending, hair extensions coloring, hair                            
cutting (classical, modern, and trending).                            
                            
3. Be flexible to working hours. i.e., Ramadan may affect normal working                            
hours.                            
                            
4. Be ambitious, target driven, have a growth mindset.                            
                            
5. Be transparent towards owner and manager should she face any                            
setbacks that may affect her professionally, within good and logical                            
reasoning.                            
                            
6. Be respective to fellow colleagues and maintain professionalism at all                            
times.                            
                            
7. Be a team player with a pleasant demeanor.                            
                            
8. Be content to live in shared accommodation.                            
                            
9. Be respectful to the Arabic culture. Dressing appropriately in public

• Fournir aux clients des renseignements généraux au sujet des produits de beauté

• Donner des conseils au sujet des produits de beauté convenant à la pigmentation et au type de peau des clients

• Fournir des informations pour des soins et traitements du cuir chevelu

• Offrir des traitements du cuir chevelu

• Donner des massages du cuir chevelu

• Prodiguer des soins aux cuirs chevelus

• Peut référer des clients ayant des problèmes cutanés inhabituels à des médecins

• Peut vendre les produits des entreprises de cosmétiques  

• Peut effectuer le travail de caissier, si nécessaire

• Préparer des chevelures sur mesure

• Donner des traitements par tissage de cheveux aux clients

• Soigner le cuir chevelu

• Nettoyer et coiffer les perruques et les postiches

• Faire des tresses africaines pour toutes sortes de cheveux des clients

• Poser des rallonges et des extensions

• Suivre les procédures de contrôle des infections



Exigences:

- Formation: Une formation scolaire, collégiale ou dans une école de soins de beauté est exigée

- Expérience: En raison du type de service que nous fournissons, au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du remplacement capillaire est requis

Techniques de coloration: Décolorant, Colorants, Balayage des cheveux, mèches/reflets

Techniques de coiffure: Séchage de cheveux, Nattage, Fer à friser et à onduler, Permanentes, Défrisage, Placer en pointes, Bouclettes, Mise en plis avec rouleaux, Complément capillaire colle au cuir chevelu

- Conditions de travail et capacités physiques: Tâches répétitives, Dextérité manuelle, Souci du détail, Debout pour une longue période, Assis, debout et marcher, Coordination œil-main

- Qualités personnelles: Relations interpersonnelles efficaces, Sens des responsabilités, Attitude axée sur le client, Flexible, Ouverture aux autres, Jugement, Sens de l’organisation, Précis, Communication orale excellente, Esprit d’initiative, Esprit d’équipe, Fiable
