Duties:

- Consult on haircut depending on facial features of customer

- May shampoo and apply treatment to client's hair in order to prepare it for cutting

- Cut and trim hair according to client's preference

- Be familiar with adjusting tools in order to achieve desired texture and look to hair

- Shave and cut facial hair

- Instruct client's on hair maintenance and styling

- Be knowledgeable on current male Asian-Pop inspired haircuts and prepare to provide specialty styling and cuts to clients with desired requires

- May support administrative duties within the office such as scheduling appointments and responding to telephone inquiries

- May support the manager n purchasing products and keeping stock of inventory.

Requirement

- Education: possession of high school/secondary school diploma

- Experience: at least 2-3 years experience as a barber

Type of employment: Permanent, Full-time position

Remuneration: $16 per hour for 30 hours of work a week

27.03.2019 - Maxpro are looking for exceptional Hair Stylist to provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, colouring and styling and hair braids. Apart the Hair Stylist service, the below tasks will be part of the job description.

- Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
- To stay updated of current hair cutting and styling trends
- Help maintain adequate inventory of hair products and tools
- Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
- Collect payments for salon services performed.
- To attend training inhouse or from third parties
- To perform daily needs

Beside the basic salary we offer performance bonus, percentage on service delivered, percentage on inhouse products sold.  This will stimulate the employee towards higher commission and monthly target bonuses based on achievement.

Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years' experience in a salon
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and professional demeanour
