Details:
The manager of the Spa will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Spa. He/she needs to strive to maintain and motivate the entire Spa team and create a culture of care and service excellence among employees. She/he needs to also develop and implement Spa operational goals, policies, and procedures. Additionally, he/she is responsible for leading efficient and effective Spa operations including short and long-term strategic planning.

Prerequisites:
•    Passionate about the Spa and Fitness world.
•    Willing to deliver the best service and experience to customers
•    strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
•    Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
•    Strong working knowledge of Spa, Membership, and recreational software.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or  Degree / Diploma in hotel/hospitality management or equivalent or the equivalent experience.
Nutritionist - B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics/anything equating to this

Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Spa Manager preferably in a luxury hotel/Salon or a well-established Spa brand.

Spa Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
For the customer
1.    To be and set an example of sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
2.    Ensure all dealings with guests at the spa meet or exceed international spa operating standards.
3.    Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all times and the spa manager is well equipped to handle all emergencies related to the same such as health, emergency, hygiene and fire emergencies
4.    Able to analyse and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions – this includes guest complaints and quick and professional resolution as well as any special requirements
5.    Be the single point of contact for Dignitaries, VIP and VVIP guests and co-ordinate their Spa experience. Show Less

1. Overall management of the club, coordinating with the operations manager to implement various marketing strategies.
2. Execute tasks and performance indicators assigned by the club general manager.
3. Effectively manage the division of labor among club personnel and the effective management of member clients.
4. Supervise the management of product losses in the club and maintain control over product losses.
5. Acquire knowledge of maintenance and upkeep of various equipment in the club.
6. Supervise cleanliness and hygiene both inside and outside the club, responsible for security, fire prevention, and related operations management.
7. Handle customer complaints and various conflicts that may arise in the course of service.
8. Responsible for staff training and education.

Job Requirements:

1. Language: Mandarin & English
