She will be responsible for: manicure, pedicure, parrafin wax treatment, reflexology feet and hand massage. In addition to nail art job including working with gel and acrylic polish and designs.

Operations & Team Management (80%)
•    Lead the daily operations, ensure smooth customer and employee experience with great proactivity
•    Contribute to the daily sales by providing treatments to Be Relax customers (Massage, Foot Massage, Manicure, Pedicure)
•    Lead a team of therapists, being an effective role model for the team
•    Encourage teamwork, motivate and engage the team in achieving targets, drive daily briefing.
•    Monitor individual performances and coach the team members individually.
•    Ensure the training of the team and the quality of the experience is always at a top level.

Back Office Management (20%)
•    Ensure the accuracy of the transactions
•    Perform the daily cash balancing and deposit
•    Participate in the Management meeting and report figures and activity of the shift
•    Send daily reporting to the top management
•    Ensure the stock management is under control (par-stock follow-up/inventory,…)

Requirements:
Fluent English and Mandarin
Successful experiences as a head therapist or senior role in a spa
Passion for wellness
MS Office
PR or Singaporean

• Take part in all stakeholders meeting in the region (Airport authorities, agencies, lawyers)

Team Management
• Build a strong and trained team of therapists and shift leaders
• Monitor individual performances and coach the team members individually
• Optimize the roster in line with the business activity
• Prepare the payroll with accurate attendance, incentives and bonus

Operations Management
• Lead the daily operations, ensure smooth customer and employee experience with great proactivity
• Lead the stock management process, retail ordering and monthly inventory
• Ensure the accuracy of the transactions and supervise the cash deposit


Requirements:
Fluent English and Mandarin
Successful experiences of supervision or leadership
