1. Front Desk Activities

· Answer telephone and inquires

· Greet all arriving guests and direct to appropriate station and technician

· Give accurate information to clients and potential clients

· Build strong knowledge and awareness of the provided services in the salon

2. Maintain Schedule

· Maintain updated appointment schedule using the salon software.

· Maintain a regular register of the expired, out of stock, and required products

· Maintain a register of all the governmental and legal documents.

3. Cashier

· Use POS to accurately input the daily sales and expenses

· Maintain the invoices and logging them into the system regularly

· Run an end-of-day check on the cash and card sales prior to closing the salon

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Beauty Therapist in a reputed organisation.
* Skills: Must be able to perform: Waxing, Massage, Lash lifts, Brow lamination (highly desirable), Manicure, Pedicure and Facials. Other beauty therapy services and Nail services such as Threading, Lash extensions, Nail art, and proficiency using e-file is highly desirable.
* Achieving sales targets and increasing profits.
* Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints.
* Up-sell and cross-selling services and retail.
* Work under minimum supervision.
* Energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
* Willingness to work with a flexible schedule.

* The therapists will need to perform - Facials, Waxing (including intimate), Gel Manicure and Pedicure, Massage, Eyebrow waxing and/or threading (for our full-service menu have a look at our website lacqueredandstripped.com)
* The hours are 9:45 am-7 pm Monday to Saturday (8 pm finish on Thursday) - rota is arranged monthly
* Holiday notice is required one month in advance
