Run an end-of-day check on the cash and card sales prior to closing the salon

Takes notes of the requests and items from the owners and ensures completion on a timely basis
Facilities Management
Checks the facilities cleanliness, organization, hygiene standards are always met
Ensures products, samples, and items are organized and displayed nicely always
Checks salon needs for maintenance work, electricity, cleanliness, and reports to supervisor
Ensures updated health certificates and government documents are visible and maintained
Inventory Management
Tracks stock levels of all tools and products and manage stock loss
Meets with salon supervisor to discuss salon stocks and requirements

Maintains an updated record of staff contracts, IDs copies, passport copies, and health certificates
Ensures staff are ready on time to provide service to clients

The Ideal Candidate will have a true passion for the spa industry, and will possess ideally NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification (or equivalent) or hold NVQ level 2 qualification and be working towards the level 3 qualification.

Previous experience working in a spa environment desirable but not essential. Full and part time roles are available and will involve working some weekends on a rotation.
