You would be proficient in carrying out various beauty treatments to high standards with the ability to building a loyal clientele base and supporting the salon management and team in the day to day running of the business. Main Duties and Responsibilities
        •       Carrying out beauty treatments to high levels on all clients
        •       Meeting targets for both beauty services, retail and proactively up-selling additional services and products to clients
        •       Take ownership of own service column and product sale to maximize revenue
        •       Maintaining cleanliness of beauty treatment rooms, equipment and surrounding areas at all times
        •       Actively supporting management in stock-taking and stock management as required
        •       Following all salon polices and procedures and instructions from management
Person Specification
        •       Minimum of 2 year salon experience
        •       Professionally recognised qualification level 2 NVQ/SQV or equivalent in beauty therapy or equivalent
        •       Demonstrable experience of delivering customer excellence
        •       Excellent organisational and time management skills
        •       Fluency in English
        •       Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team
        •       Must adhere industry standards of personal grooming, representing salon to very high standards
        •       Demonstrate high standards of punctuality and good time-keeping

Job Description:
 Book appointments
 Shampoo customers' hair
 Perform receptionist duties
 Maintain and order supplies
 Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
 Clean and style wigs and hair pieces (extensions)
 Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments
for scalp and hair
 Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features or determine style from client's
instructions and preferences
 Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
 Apply hair extensions

Requirements:
-Education: Completion of High School is required
Hairstylist Trade Certification is required
- Experience: The experience needed to obtain the Hairstylist trade certificate is required.
Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 hourly, 42.5 Hours per week. Tuesday to Friday from 11 am to 8 pm and
Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Overtime might be required. Flexibility in schedule is required.
