Provides guests with a thorough and knowledgeable professional service in nail care.
Demonstrates respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs with a professional and pleasant manner.
Upholds and practices the universal health care protocol and standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures when dealing with guests and co-workers.
Maintains schedules and work hours, as they are booked.
Reports to works on time and ready for your shift.
Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
Uses proper protocols in professional draping techniques.
Performs prep work, properly clean, and restock room as required.
Communicates to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa
Completes and submits necessary paperwork, checks mailbox, and reads posted notices on bulletin board.
Attends monthly departmental meetings, trainings and workshops as directed.
Interacts cooperatively and with consideration towards guests and co-workers.
Exercises dependability and willingness to work with schedule flexibility.
Always dresses in a professional manner, proper dress being defined as attire suitable and consistent with Spa dress code policy.
Provides services within the scope of practice of profession as defined by the local law, and in accordance with applicable regional laws and regulations.
Performs other job-related duties as directed.
