Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Massage Spa Therapists to join our team in Malta. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality treatments in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of massage treatments, including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, and other specialized therapies.
Assess clients' individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

Actively promote the spa's products and services to enhance the overall experience for guests.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel setting.
Relevant certifications in massage therapy or related wellness fields.
Proficient in a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and aromatherapy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager.
