Brief:
The position is responsible for the direction, planning, and service execution of the daily operations and co-ordination of all medical, wellness and holistic modalities.

Responsibilities:

-  decision making and strategic planning.
-  Hold overall accountability for client satisfaction
-  Manage the day to day operations
-  Deploy successful co-ordination of all departments and staff to ensure that clients receive a seamless experience during their appointment.
-  Management of the financial profitability including; setting forecasts and budgets, and ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded
-  Reviewing business results regularly and taking any corrective action required to ensure the business achieves its goals in the areas of customer satisfaction, employee development and satisfaction, financial performance, and marketing and branding.
-  Provide centralized direction and coaching to all staff
-  Set training goals and ensure therapy qualifications, skills levels, treatment standards and therapy outcomes meet the expectation of an international medical spa.
-  Implement standard operating procedures across all health and wellness units to ensure standardized procedures are described, trained, understood and applied.
-  Develop and implement processes that offer employees the appropriate career development so as to increase the guest service experience and employee retention.
-  Employee’s welfare needs are taken care of in line with company standards and philosophy.
-  Establish rapport with guests, maintaining excellent guest relationships and encouraging repeat business.
-  Handle client issues, complaints for the best outcome for the company and client

Requirements:
Candidates capable of delivering the above activities will show:
-  As a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
-  At least two years management experience, preferably in a hospitality or spa setting.
-  Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
-  Proven track record of sound decision making abilities.
-  Ability to train, coach and develop team members.
-  Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
-  Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
-  Fluent in English

1. Manage day-to-day operations in SPA
2. Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
3. Assist with promotion and sales
4. Able to analyse and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions.
5. Responsible to develop strong product quality and treatment measures.
6. Managing inventory
7. Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure proper repair and preventive maintenance works of all spa equipment.
8. Recruit, train and manage employees.  Prepare and manage staff rotas
9. Develop and maintain retail product program.
10. Ensure that spa department follows hotels policies and procedures including health, hygiene, emergency and Fire prevention.
11. Develop and implement standard operational procedures and policies.
12. Handle customer enquiries and complains

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree
2. At least 5 years of SPA management experience
3. Fluent English
4. Extensive SPA and beauty knowledge
5. Live in Bali
6. Strong management and leadership skills
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
