We are currently seeking skilled Master Stylists to provide exceptional salon services in a professional atmosphere. Role and Responsibilities as Master Stylist are as follows:

· Skillful in precision haircut, highlights, balayage, ombre and styling.

· Acts as an expert in hair analysis, maintenance regimens and is informed and educated in correlating salon retail product offerings.

· Assists in driving training and education.

· Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients and to ensure client satisfaction.

· Assess staff performance and work quality and make hiring decisions.

· Maintains salon appearance and cleanliness.
