Position responsibilities & scope of work of the "Spa Director" would include but would not be limited to the following:
1.    Day to day branch operations.  
2.    Effectively and efficiently manage, motivate & train all team members to deliver outstanding customer service consistent with the goals of the organization.
3.    Work with upper management in creating / updating / maintaining branch Policies & Procedures (SOP's) for the location and team members.
4.    Update job descriptions for each team member consistent with branch policies & procedures.
5.    Set clear goals for each team member.
6.    Perform regular employee evaluations (6-12 months).
7.    Establish a system and training whereby we are offering retail product to every guest every visit.
8.    Payroll Management by effectively scheduling around business demand levels.
9.    Employee scheduling including massage therapists daily calendar balancing, salon and front desk personnel & spa attendants.
10.    Implement, manage & evaluate marketing campaigns/efforts.
11.    Continue recruiting efforts for staffing to meet local demands.
12.    Maintain a clean and "presentable" work environment for employees & hotel guests.
13.    Set up a cross training contingency plan for the spa to operate when you are on vacation, out sick or out for any other reason.
