Roles & Responsibilities
•    Responsible for welcoming the customer professionally
•    Understand the customer’s needs and wants
•    Explain our services & retail products specification to the customer
•    Suggest the services and retail products as per the customer’s needs
•    Provide professional well-being services (i.e Massage, manicure & pedicure)
•    Operate POS as per the company standard
•    Keep the spa premises neat & tidy
•    Clean and properly handle the massage chairs, massage equipment and other products as per the company standard.

Skills & Qualities
•    Good interpersonal skills
•    Passionate
•    Good sales/service techniques
•    Good listening
•    Team spirit

Education & Experience
•    Graduate / Diploma with a Massage Therapist /Manicure/ Beautician / Nail technician experience in Salon or Spa is preferred.
