Currently seeking skilled Master Stylist to provide exceptional salon services in a professional atmosphere.

Master Stylist, you are the most technically advanced and constantly educated hairdressing expert, committed to positively enriching our team and clients. Exceed clients needs and expectations by providing individualized services and treatments.

Role and Responsibilities as Master Stylist are as follows:

· Skillful in precision haircut, highlights, balayage, ombre, advanced colouring, cutting and styling techniques.

· Acts as an expert in hair analysis, maintenance regimens and is informed and educated in correlating salon retail product offerings.

· Assists in driving training and education.

· Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients and to ensure client satisfaction.

· Assess staff performance and work quality and make hiring decisions.

· Maintains salon appearance and cleanliness.

· Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.



Qualifications

- At least 15years of hairdressing experience is required and experience is preferred.

- Strong professional presentation, technical ability, relationship building and communication skill.
