SPA therapist duties and responsibilities:
-Provides Spa treatments (massages as per the SPA menu) to all hotel and outside guests following the standards set by the company,
-Interacts and engages with guests able to explain treatments, services and facility available in the spa and hotel,
-Upsells treatments, products and Spa packages to hotel guests,
-Provides spa treatments for service recovery and activities like facial demos,Yoga, sound healing and the like based on the SPA menu,
-Provides daily, weekly and or monthly inventory of departmental operational assets,
-Assists in the operation of all Spa department:
Fitness studio
Hair Salon
Nail Salon
Wet and Dry facility,
Desired skills:
- Experience in the related industry
- Holder of any certification in massage, facial and other related spa treatments, Yoga, Sound healing, Gym or other related SPA activities as per European standards
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing), any other European language is an advantage
- Average knowledge in Excel
- Word-processing skills, preferably Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge in using Spa booking applications
- Independent in work
- Team work
- Guest oriented
- Organizational skills
