We are looking for qualified warm and friendly Spa Therapists who wish to pursue their career in the spa & wellness industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of Spa treatments to the highest standards following spa & product line protocols.
Acknowledging and responding to guests' needs in order to enhance the quality of service and exceed clients' expectations.
Ensuring that each guest receives exceptional treatment and client care to make it a memorable Spa experience.
Ensuring treatment rooms are clean and hygienic at all times following health and safety regulations and Covid 19 guidelines.
Maintaining Spa equipment at all times.
Aware of spa product usage and waste prevention.
Working positively as a team and individually
Ensuring all guests are receiving aftercare and recommendations to continue their treatment at home.
Encouraging guests to rebook for future dates if they require further treatments.
Is dedicated to the role and to further their training to gain more knowledge and experience in the spa industry.
Knowing the spa monthly offers and promotions.
Showing interested and awareness to new upcoming trends, products or treatments in spa and wellness.
Requirements:
VOYA and/or Yon-Ka training is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
You should be an ambitious person who wishes to pursue a career in the Spa Industry.
You should be willing to work hard to prove your value to the management team, your colleagues, our guests, and the Hotel.
Ensure an excellent standard of guest care, service, and professionalism are achieved at all times.
To carry out all treatments to a high professional standard and ensure all guests have a memorable experience.
Must work well in a team and individually.
You must hold at least one of the following qualifications: CIBTAC, CIDESCO, and ITEC.
Reflexology qualification and relevant experience is desirable but not essential
