As a therapist at our (international brand) luxury spa, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and services to clients, ensuring they experience the highest level of relaxation and rejuvenation. You will provide a range of massage and body treatments, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Additionally, you will contribute to creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere within the spa, ensuring clients leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massage therapy, body scrubs, facials, and other specialized treatments, based on client needs and preferences.
2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their spa experience.
3. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy and incorporate this knowledge into your treatments.
4. Adhere to and uphold all spa protocols and standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both clients and staff.
5. Educate clients on the benefits of specific treatments and recommend personalized wellness plans to meet their individual needs.
6. Keep detailed client records and treatment notes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions to enhance your expertise and knowledge.
8. Contribute to the overall experience and ambiance of the spa by maintaining a peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Certification or licensure in massage therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
2. Proven experience in delivering high-quality spa treatments and therapies, preferably in a luxury spa setting.
3. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations for their wellness needs.
4. Strong knowledge of different massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare products.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other spa staff to ensure a seamless and outstanding client experience.
6. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively explain treatment options, techniques, and wellness recommendations to clients.
7. A strong commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and serene spa environment.
8. Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs and preferences of spa clientele, as well as staying current on industry trends and best practices.
